When a job position is sustained more than six weeks, or if it is worked for more than a thousand hours in a 12-month duration, it is said to be a long-term contract to hire position. These jobs are said to entail more responsibilities and a reconcilable schedule that will entirely depend on the nature of the work.
Again, an important thing to know is that short term C2H is up to 6 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months and not beyond it. If it goes on beyond it, there has to be some other reason for it. For instance the regulations of the nation start acting up and cannot be ignored, especially the labor laws. So, it is highly unlikely, but some short-term contract jobs have also been recorded to be of, up to, 24 months.
We have usually seen that long-term C2H positions transform into full-time positions and short-term C2H positions generally depend on the work efficiency and execution of the provided work briefing.
